This colorful tenugui comes from the traditional Yokohama-based company HAMAMONYO . For over 75 years, they have been carefully handcrafting the traditional wet printing technique (Yokohama wet printing). The print is made on a specially developed, chlorine-free bleached cotton fabric, which is characterized by its soft feel and high suitability for everyday use.

The motif features a selection of Japanese お抹茶菓子 (Omatcha Gashi), including wagashi, roll cakes, tarts, and small green tea chocolates. A small panda appears as a sweet highlight. The vibrant green color scheme is reminiscent of matcha powder and instantly brings a Japanese tearoom flair to everyday life.

• Wash at max. 30 °C

• Air drying recommended
• The raw edges may fray slightly during washing. This is typical of tenugui and not a defect. Excess threads can easily be trimmed with scissors.
