1. Shipping Costs
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value and delivery destination. Standard shipping applies to parcels up to 5 kg in weight:
Austria:
Orders up to €100.00: Up to €4.90 shipping cost
Orders over €100.00: Free shipping
Germany:
Orders up to €100.00: Up to €7.90 shipping cost
Orders over €100.00: Free shipping
Europe (excluding Germany):
Orders up to €100.00: Up to €12.20 shipping cost
Orders over €100.00: Free shipping
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Austria: 1–3 business days

Germany: 3–5 business days

Europe: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer in exceptional cases.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
4. Shipping Carrier
All shipments are handled by Austrian Post and its partner companies. Each parcel includes a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to track your shipment at any time.
5. Maximum Weight and Size
Parcels up to 5 kg are processed as standard. Package size may vary depending on the order. If special shipping arrangements are required, please contact our customer service.
6. International Shipments
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
