This charming tenugui bears the name毛糸羊 グレー (Keito Hitsuji Gray) – “Gray Wool Sheep”. It depicts a heartwarming scene with fluffy, round sheep that perfectly capture the cozy mood of the cooler season.

The design captivates with its soft, gray background, upon which white, woolly Hitsuji (羊) – sheep – frolic. A special detail is the large, white ball of yarn with a playfully curved thread, which creates a connection to the warm Keito (毛糸) , the knitting yarn. The illustration appears modern yet timeless, while the simple color palette exudes tranquility and comfort.

The design comes from HAMAMONYO , a long-established textile manufacturer from Yokohama. Thanks to the Yokohama wet printing technique, the colors appear particularly vibrant and clear, even in subtle color gradients.
