This charming Tenugui bears the name 豆柴の温泉めぐり (Mameshiba no Onsen Meguri) – “Mameshiba’s Onsen tour”. It shows the much-loved Japanese dog breed Mameshiba (豆柴) visiting a traditional thermal bath, the Onsen (温泉).

The scene captures the typical atmosphere of a Japanese bathhouse, complete with wooden bathing tubs, steaming springs and relaxing outdoor pools. Kept in soft blues and earthy tones, the design tells a little story of rest and wellbeing. Thanks to its special binding, this cloth can be leafed through like a small book before, fully unfolded, it reveals its full splendour as a decorative wall hanging or towel.
