A timeless symbol of hope and joy
This cheerful tenugui is called Shiawase Clover – “Lucky Clover”. It features a dense pattern of lush green clover leaves, which are known worldwide as a symbol of good luck and a positive life path.
The design captivates with its vibrant shades of green against a light, cream-colored background. Among the classic three-leaf mitsuba (三つ葉), a closer look reveals the rare four-leaf yotsuba (四つ葉) , which are especially valued in Japan as lucky charms. The loose arrangement of the leaves lends the scarf a summery lightness and a refreshing naturalness that instantly lifts the spirits.
The design comes from HAMAMONYO , a long-established textile manufacturer from Yokohama. Thanks to the Yokohama wet printing technique, the colors appear particularly vibrant and clear, even in subtle color gradients.
