Hanging wisteria over water and ripple rings

This Tenugui is called しだれ藤と波紋 (Shidare Fuji to Hamon) and shows lavishly blooming wisteria (藤, fuji) hanging like a curtain over a still watercourse, accompanied by gentle ripple rings (波紋, hamon).

The calm surface of the water and the cascading clusters of blossom give the motif depth and serenity. The design feels elegant and flowing, and is especially fitting for the spring season.
